Happy holidays to all the good folks out there in the world. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and all the many diverse celebrations which bring joy to our lives. I am here in Bozeman Montana, it’s that time of year when my associates are exchanging gourmet coffees, elk & buffalo sausage, assorted cheeses & plenty of lovely confections. We have so many local businesses which make all these lovely goodies along with the local distilleries and breweries. I’m always amazed at the abundance of talent in our own backyard.
2016 has come and gone and a new year is upon us. We have had a strong Bozeman Montana real estate market, many folks were able to move across town or across the country. We have welcomed many newcomers from all points around the globe. Looks as though we’ll continue strong in to the new year as buyers and sellers alike are calling with their upcoming plans and gearing up for transitions to take place in their lives. I’m truly honored to be a part of my client’s lives and their most important real estate decisions. It is always a privilege that I never take lightly. I am always just a phone call, text or email away.
Winter has arrived and with it our usual snow fall and brisk weather. However, the cold weather should not keep you indoors, let it be a time to bundle up and enjoy the great outdoors. There’s a vast array of outdoor adventures waiting for you, snowshoeing, skiing, both downhill and cross country and hiking, just to name a few. There’s nothing that puts the mind and spirit right like a walk in the clean crisp air as the eagles, geese and ducks soar overhead. I wish you good tidings, comfort and joy in this holiday season. Never forget, there’s no place like home, happy trails from the “last best place”.
